At Encompass Solutions, our mission extends beyond business. Since the beginning, we have been dedicated to strengthening the communities where we live and work. Through volunteer efforts, charitable initiatives, and community events, we seek to create positive change and support for those who need it most.
We believe meaningful impact starts with empowering our team to give back. That's why full-time staff receive 16 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) each year to support the nonprofit organizations and causes they are most passionate about. In addition, our team participates in quarterly charitable initiatives that bring employees together to serve local communities and support organizations making a difference.
By investing our time, resources, and talents, we strive to create lasting positive changes and build stronger communities for future generations.
Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network
Red Dog Farm is an animal rescue non-profit created to help find forever homes for animals in their care. Founded in 2006 in Stokesdale, NC, they have provided wanting families with over 6200 rescues and counting.

The Blood Connection
The Blood Connection is a non-profit with multiple community centers in the Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia areas. Started in the 1960's, Blood Connection has grown to provide access to much needed blood for healthcare partners across the southern east coast.
Habitat For Humanity
Habitat For Humanity is celebrating its 50th Anniversary of helping build housing in 2026. This is in no small part to the fundraising and volunteer work that have contributed to the success of their mission over the past decades The non-profit has helped over 65 million people and counting.
Greensboro Urban Ministry
The Greensboro Urban Ministry has provided free meals, housing, and financial assistance for people all across the Greensboro and Guilford County area for more than 30 years. Their success has continued due to individuals who donate food and volunteer to support their local county and its citizens.
The Family Room
Located near West Market St in Greensboro, Family Room provides clothing, toys, beds, and goods used to help foster children start their life off on the right track. From donations and support from the community, Family Room Triad has provided countless amounts of invaluable aid and resources to those who need it.
Mount Jubilee Ministries
Mount Jubilee is a non-profit dedicated to helping the intellectually and developmentally disabled. With experiences like Camp Jubilee and His Path Day, participants can enjoy an educational and belonging environment.
